Tambr Partners (“Tambr”), a New York City–based family office, has acquired a majority interest in Pressure Point Roofing (“PPR”) through its holding company, Pacific Northwest Roofing Services. Based in Central Point, Oregon, Pressure Point Roofing is a trusted leader in commercial and residential roofing, offering comprehensive re-roofing, repair, and maintenance services across Oregon, Northern California, and Southwest Washington.
Founded in 1989 and acquired in 2008 by Matt Stone, President & CEO, PPR has built its reputation on quality craftsmanship, integrity, and dependable service to a wide range of customers. Matt Stone and Brian Fisher, Vice President & COO, will continue to lead the company alongside their dedicated team, maintaining significant ownership in the business. Partnering with Tambr will accelerate PPR’s growth initiatives and lay a strong foundation for future regional expansion throughout the Pacific Northwest.
