Tambr Partners (“Tambr”), a family office located in New York City, has secured a majority stake in Pressure Point Roofing (“PPR”) through its subsidiary, Pacific Northwest Roofing Services. Headquartered in Central Point, Oregon, Pressure Point Roofing is a reputable leader in both commercial and residential roofing, providing extensive re-roofing, repair, and maintenance services throughout Oregon, Northern California, and Southwest Washington.

Established in 1989 and taken over in 2008 by Matt Stone, who serves as President & CEO, PPR has earned its reputation through a commitment to quality craftsmanship, integrity, and reliable service to a diverse clientele. Matt Stone and Brian Fisher, the Vice President & COO, will continue to guide the company alongside their committed team while retaining significant stakes in the business. This partnership with Tambr is expected to fast-track PPR’s growth strategies and establish a solid groundwork for future expansion across the Pacific Northwest region.
